Changes introduced by the 2004 Housing Act and 2015 Deregulation Bill are an imposition for Landlords and Letting Agents. Fail to comply with the Deposit or HMO/Selective Licencing legislation and you will have problems regaining possession. If in doubt call the Members Helpline.

For related Letters Notices & Forms see PIMS Document Centre.  The newest law with the most severe punitive implications is the 2015 Deregulation Bill.
